Andrew Arwas

Andrew currently leads the Wealth & Asset Management practice for Capco in London. He has built the practice to around 50 consultants, and he leads all aspects of business development, project delivery and practice development. Andrew has written and published several thought leadership papers and is regularly asked to comment on the emergence of digital advice models across Wealth Management. In addition, Andrew is a member of Capco’s UK Management team and has leadership roles across coaching, training and internal communications.Prior to joining Capco, Andrew worked at Barclays Bank for 17 years, in a variety of strategy and transformation roles across Retail Credit Risk and Mortgages. Andrew played a leading role in re-architecting the Retail Credit Risk function onto behavioural credit strategies, and he also carried out the first strategic review of Barclays’ combined UK Mortgages business after the acquisition and integration of the Woolwich.Andrew graduated from St Catharine’s College, Cambridge with a 2:1 in Economics.
