Anne Rabin joined JPA in 2008, bringing over 25 years of experience in executing infrastructure transactions with a particular focus in transportation in North and South America. At JPA, Ms. Rabins is drawing on her financial market expertise to lead project advisory teams in the execution of complex public and private transactions. She led the transaction advisory work for the I-595 toll road project which closed in March of this year and has similar responsibilities for the Port of Miami Project scheduled to close at the end of this month. She is also JPAs lead on the advising the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey for the procurement of the Staten Island Bridges.Recently, Anne was involved with study conducted by Jeffrey Parker & Associates for APTA surveying transit agencies, large and small, across the country on the impact of the financial crisis to their operations and capital plans.
