Biniam Gebreisa Partner at Oliver Wyman were he leads much of the firm’s work in mortgage banking. This includes co-leading OW’s extensive research into the mortgage markets covering: competitive dynamics, mortgage borrower buying habits, mystery shopping, the role of technology, and the challenge of change management. Prior to Oliver Wyman, Biniam was the Acting Commissioner for the Federal Housing Administration where he drove a number of major policy and strategic decisions, including improving risk management, redesigning the asset sales program and transforming the agency’s operations.�
