Chad Mosley

Chad Mosley is senior vice president for Mortgage Contracting Services LLC (MCS), a nationwide provider of property preservation, inspections, REO property maintenance and valuations to the financial services industry.Mosley joined MCS in summer 2008 as assistant vice president of business development, where he was responsible for creating and growing both new and existing business relationships. He later took on additional responsibilities as vice president of operations, including the oversight of inspections and REO operations. In 2012, Mosley was promoted to senior vice president as he oversaw new business development efforts, industry relations initiatives and corporate expansion. Additionally, Mosley leads operations for MCS� affiliate company, Vacant Property Security (VPS), which provides steel door and window security for vacant residential and commercial properties.With almost fifteen years in the industry, Mosley has experience managing all sides of the mortgage process from originations to the disposition of REO properties. His expansive knowledge has enabled him to represent MCS on numerous tradeshow panels and discussion forums. He is currently an active member of the Five Star Property Preservation Executive Forum.Prior to MCS, Mosley held several positions at Countrywide Home Loans, most recently as an assistant vice president overseeing the REO vendor management team and REO concierge desk. He was also in management roles for compliance and quality assurance in the REO, foreclosure and bankruptcy division.Mosley earned a Bachelor of Science in business management from the University of Texas at Dallas.
