Darlene Goins

­­­­­­­­­Darlene Goins is Senior Director of Scores at FICO and leader of FICO� Score Open Access, an innovative program through which FICO partners with financial institutions to provide FICO� Scores and credit education for free to over 60 million consumers. For its advancement of financial literacy and credit score transparency, this program has garnered support and recognition from the Obama Administration, regulators, consumer advocates, financial services providers and consumers.� Prior to accepting this role, Darlene and her team of Scores consultants engaged with lenders on best practices to leverage FICO� Scores and analytics for more profitable decisions.Before rejoining FICO in 2009, Darlene served as Director of Customer Excellence at Nomis Solutions and as Sales Director at Intelligent Results and ALI Solutions, promoting and driving value for clients through complex analytic-based software solutions.Darlene began her career at FICO in 1994 and over 10 years served in a number of capacities, including model development, product and market management and software sales support for various industries and markets around the world.Darlene holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and an M.S. in Engineering-Economic Systems (now the Department of Management Science), both from Stanford University.
