Donn Froshiesar leads Consumer Insights for Citi�s Global Consumer Bank, and is responsible for bringing the voice of the consumer into our organization. In the US, Donn�s team leads primary and secondary market research, identifies marketplace trends and insights, and delivers actionable recommendations based on attitudinal analytics. Globally, Donn�s team is responsible for measuring key metrics like NPS and brand health, and also supports the insights needs of Citi�s Global Product, Segment, and Marketing organizations.Donn has been with Citi since 2004, and has served in several analytic, strategy, and project leadership roles. Donn began his Citi career with the US Cards team, where he led efforts to optimize our fee and interest structures. He then transitioned to the Global Decision Management team, where he led numerous global initiatives and local projects in countries including UK, Singapore, India, Hong Kong, and Brazil.Before joining Citi, Donn worked at American Express in New York, where he held positions in merchant network strategy and cards marketing. Prior to business school, Donn spent four years with Fidelity Investments in Boston working in their Investment Advisor Group.Donn holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) with High Honors from Middlebury College, and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from the School of Management at Yale University.
