John Finley joined San Francisco based Bank of the West in 2008. John is a Senior Vice President, Director of Digital Channel Mobile and Online Banking at Bank of the West supporting consumer and small business customers. He has over 15 years� experience creating and delivering online and mobile solutions in financial services, retail, and classified verticals. John�s career started in the agency world at Organic, Inc. where he led the delivery of large-scale e-commerce web development projects for retail clients including Macy�s, Bloomingdales, and Blockbuster. Following his retail stint, John spent several years at Washington Mutual where he directed the implementation of several different B2B, B2C, and sales force automation solutions during the largest mortgage market in US history.John received his undergrad degree from Whitman College.
