Kim Flynt is Vice President of Business Control with current oversight of various company-wide business control functions including Quality Assurance, Reg AB, HUD/USAP, Quality Call Monitoring, rating agency relations and fulfillment, Due Diligence, Data Integrity, and 3rd party audits.� She has been with Ditech, f/k/a Green Tree Servicing, for seventeen yearsMs. Flynt has been in the financial services industry for over 30 years in banking, mortgage servicing and origination and has broad management experience in collections, bankruptcy, credit risk and underwriting, training, and audit.�Prior to joining Green Tree, Ms. Flynt spent 14 years in various management positions with Bank of America, and ITT Financial Services.���
