Mark Fell leads RBC Wealth Management’s global strategy, brand and marketing team. He is responsible for driving the overall strategic agenda for the Royal Bank of Canada’s global wealth management division. RBC is the 11th largest bank in the world and RBC Wealth Management is the world’s 6th largest wealth management firm with over $800 Billion in assets, 11,000 employees and global operations in over 20 countries.In 2011, Mark became responsible for leading the activation of the RBC Wealth Management brand to build and sustain awareness of RBC being a global leader in wealth management. As part of this, Mark is responsible for advertising and marketing RBC Wealth Management globally, which includes the execution of its global sponsorship initiatives. In partnership with consulting house Capgemini, Mark’s team also leads the development and launch of the World Wealth Report,the annual thought leadership benchmark on the state of the global wealth management industry.Prior to joining RBC Wealth Management in 2009, Mark was Director, RBC Enterprise Strategy, responsible for leading the strategic planning process across RBC’s full financial group. In addition to other roles at RBC, Mark has worked as a management consultant in Canada and began his career in London working for British Gas and the London International Financial Futures and Options Exchange (LIFFE).Mark has a Law degree from Oxford University (MA, Oxon) and a BA Hons from Queens University in Canada. Mark lives in Toronto with his wife and three children.
