Mary Elizabeth Murphy, CPCC, ORSCC is Managing Director and owner of S.T.A.R. She is an expert at teaching individuals and teams present day solutions to age old problems. She leads, facilitates and coaches groups within corporations, small business, government, law enforcement agencies and non-profit organizations to achieve personal and professional performance success. Mary Elizabeth was awarded the Small Business Administration's 2005 North Carolina Women in Business Champion of the Year for her commitment to the advancement of women's business ownership. She also received the 2005 Women's Equality Day Business Award in recognition of her support and training of displaced homemakers. Prior to S.T.A.R. Resources, Mary Elizabeth owned and operated a highly successful gift basket and balloon decorating retail store Downers Grove, Illinois.
