Paul Marchese

Mr. Marchese is a Senior Managing Director with Clayton and is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, pricing loan portfolios for potential purchase and managing all sale advisory assignments for non-performing loan portfolios totaling in excess of $500,000,000. A 25 year veteran in whole-loan and mortgage-backed securities purchase, securities trading, loan sale advisory and servicing purchases, Mr. Marchese joined Clayton in 1996. Prior to joining Clayton, Mr. Marchese was a Senior Vice President with R.W Presspich and Company in their real estate consulting group and a Vice President at Cantor Fitzgerald L.P, where he was responsible for residential and commercial portfolio sales. He has over 24 years of experience in whole-loan and mortgage-backed securities purchase, securities trading, loan sale advisory and servicing purchase at companies such as Mortgage Marketing of America, Inc., Trans Capital Funding Corporation, Shearson-Lehman Brothers, and Somers Grove & Company. Mr. Marchese is a graduate of Pace University with a degree in Finance.
