Robbi Jones

President

As President and Founder of Kipling Jones & Co., Ms. Jones brings more than 20 years experience in the investment banking arena. She is responsible for directing the firm�s financial advisory, underwriting and brokerage services to state and local governments, higher education institutions and not-for-profit entities nationwide. Ms. Jones has played an integral role in structuring large transactions such as a $3 billion water and sewer transaction for the City of Houston, which financed infrastructure improvements. She has served as financial advisor or banker on numerous transactions, which helped spur housing and other economic development initiatives, including the use of incremental tax revenues. Her experience has included water and sewer systems, transportation finance, parking system revenue bonds, hotel and convention centers, and other general infrastructure projects. Among her clients have been the City of Houston; Coastal Water Authority; the City of Dallas; Dallas County; the City of Tallahassee Utility System; Ohio State University; Cook County, Illinois; and numerous others. She received her bachelor�s degree in finance from Millsaps College and her master�s degree, also in finance, from the University Of Chicago Graduate School Of Business. Ms. Jones has also taken post-graduate studies at the London School of Economics. Ms. Jones is currently a board member for the City of Houston Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone Number Twelve and a member of the Board of Trustees of Talladega College in Alabama.
