Suzette Godwin Romer

Suzette is a multifaceted sales operations leader who brings over 20 years of experience leveraging technology to solve business problems and streamline business processes. Suzette has worked at ADP for the past 15 years and is currently the Director, ES Worldwide Sales Operations. ADP is a $10 billion multinational business, one of the world�s leading providers of business outsourcing solutions.In her current position, Suzette is responsible for leading the enterprise-wide Configure Price Quote (CPQ) and electronic signature strategy and solutions for 6,500 sales and sales leadership associates. Her role includes driving standardization, mobility, effectiveness and process efficiency in support of ADP�s strategic objectives. Suzette has spoken at many conferences and regional events on sales automation and sales effectiveness solutions, including Salesforce.com, Miller Heiman, Sales 2.0, and Society of Information Management. She has also been a classroom volunteer for Junior Achievement of Georgia the past 11 years striving to incorporate her life experiences to educate and inspire elementary and middle school students to prepare for successful entry into the business world.
