Tony L’Abbate has over 25 years experience in credit and collections management. His diversified background in working for creditors, a debt buyer and collection agencies provides a unique perspective in managing the collection cycle. Tony’s scope of responsibilities over the years has included site operations, collections pre and post charge-off strategy, compliance and risk control, capacity planning, financial analysis, product management, agency management, debt sales and purchasing management, business development, legal network management, consumer credit counseling, training, fraud prevention, service quality and Six Sigma implementation. Tony is currently Senior Vice President of Operations Control at NCO Financial Systems, Inc. In that role Tony is accountable for Collection Strategy, Analytics, Reporting, Audit, Compliance, Training, Quality Assurance, Process Improvement and Operations Technology, all key functions in providing compliance and quality oversight at NCO, the largest collection agency in the industry.Tony has held executive and management positions at the following companies: Debt Recovery Consulting, LLC.(President), CardWorks Servicing (Sales Executive), Hudson & Keyse,LLC.(SVP for Acquisitions and Business Development), Chase Card Services(Collections and Recoveries Executive) accountable for all pre and post charge off Card collections and Tony spent eleven years at Citibank in diverse credit card related areas of collections, fraud, marketing and service quality.
