Wesley Morgan is a seasoned finance and strategy leader with 18 years of banking and management consulting experience. Mr. Morgan is currently the Managing Director of Retail Strategy & Transformation at MUFG Union bank. In this position, which he has held since 2014, Mr. Morgan manages strategic planning components for consumer banking, including retail distribution, branch transformation, payments strategy, and technology innovation.While serving as principal strategic advisor to business unit executives, Mr. Morgan is ultimately responsible for managing the strategic roadmap of actionable initiatives and delivering them for execution. He also produces research, develops analytics, and works with leaders across all business units to identify business growth opportunities and guide key decisions. In addition, Mr. Morgan leads the pursuit of new business opportunities and partnerships.Prior to joining Union Bank, Mr. Morgan was a Senior Vice President at Bank of America, where he held leadership roles in process improvement, finance, and strategic planning for both the retail bank and the mortgage bank. He also served as Head of Strategy for Countrywide Bank, FSB, where he helped lead the transition of the retail bank when it was acquired by Bank of America.Mr. Morgan has a BS in Business and Managerial Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara.�
