Exhibitor/Sponsor Info

Freeman is the official decorating company for Benefits Forum & Expo 2018. All services should be placed at least four weeks prior to the conference. Please refer to the FREEMAN EXHIBITOR KIT.

Chairs/table are not included with your booth; all booth furnishings MUST be ordered through Freeman.

Below are our dedicated hall hours. The exhibit hall will remain open while attendees are in session, resulting in light traffic. Although it is not required to have a staff member at your booth during the non-dedicated hours, please use your discretion. The exhibit hall hours are subject to revision at any time.

Exhibitor Staff Registration

To register your staff for the conference, complete the online Staff Registration Form below. Please refer to your sponsorship agreement for the number of complimentary staff passes allotted to your company. Register your team by Monday, September 3, 2018.

Be sure to book your hotel rooms now! SourceMedia has reserved a block of rooms at the Hyatt Regency New Orleans at a special discounted room rate of $239/night Single | $264/night Double | $289/night Triple | $314/night Quad (taxes and resort fees are not included in rate and will be additional).

The cut-off date to receive the discounted group rate is Thursday, September 6, 2018. After this date, rooms and rates will be based on availability.
