Jocelyn Durfield
VP of Human Resources, Strike

Jocelyn is the Vice President of Human Resources at Strike, a leading North American provider of pipeline, facilities, fabrication, maintenance and integrity services. Since joining the company in 2011, Strike has been recognized as one of the fastest growing privately held energy services companies in the United States; growing from 1,400 employees to currently over 6,000 employees. Jocelyn serves an integral role managing growth having led a companywide integration of new human resource enterprise software, streamlining of employee retention, creation of corporate strategic planning, and facilitating leadership development training.
Jocelyn is a seasoned Human Resources professional with over 22 years of experience. A Boston native, she graduated from University of Massachusetts, Boston with her degree in Business Administration and Management and obtained her Professional Designation in Human Resources Management from the University of California, Los Angeles. She is a Society of Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) and an active member of H.R. Houston.
Jocelyn is an avid reader and promotes literacy through the Barbara Bush Houston Literacy Foundation. She is a committee member of Campaign for Change, a philanthropic, volunteer and humanitarian initiative at Strike. Over the years she has participated in humanitarian efforts in Nicaragua, volunteered for Habitat for Humanity, and made contributions to various organizations and charities throughout greater Houston. Jocelyn and her husband reside in The Woodlands with their two sons.
