Sandi Santino

Sandi Santino, vice president of national accounts at FurtherSM, has worked in the employer/employee health benefit market for more than 24 years. For the past 12 years, Sandi has worked exclusively with health savings accounts (HSAs), health reimbursement arrangements (HRAs), flexible spending accounts (FSAs), and other consumer-driven health care (CDHC) related products. In various roles, Sandi has helped numerous employers implement a successful first-time and full replacement CDHC strategy. Prior to working in the CDHC space, Sandi worked with insurance carriers and as a benefits consultants, for cost containment, wellness, entities and more. Throughout her industry tenure, Sandi has experienced the shift in employer requirements of a CDHC partner from the inception of HSAs through today. Sandi holds degrees from University of Southern Maine and University of South Florida, as well as a strategies for e-business certificate from the Georgia Institute of Technology. Sandi is currently based of out of Atlanta, Georgia. In her free time, you’ll find Sandi on the soccer field watching her two teenage daughters play.
