Beverly Beattie is the Founder and CEO of Selden Beattie, Inc., a forward thinking, independent employee benefits advisory firm based in Coral Gables, Florida. With over 30 years of industry experience, Beverly has established herself and her firm as one of the most highly regarded advisors in the Southeast region. She is “changing the conversation” surrounding employee benefits, and transforming healthcare, benefits, and other workforce initiatives from time-consuming expenses into measurable methods for optimizing resources, managing risk, and delivering meaningful cost containment. Prior to founding Selden Beattie in 1997, Beverly honed her skills in the business of healthcare as the Corporate and International Director of Business Development for Baptist Health, one of the largest healthcare systems in South Florida. She led a corporate and international program, creating direct employer contracts designed to reduce healthcare and workers comp spend and drive significant ROI to larger employer organizations.
