Cornell Staeger is a Partner in PwC’s People and Organization practice and leads the Compensation and Benefits Compliance Practice for the New York office. During the past 17 years, Cornell has developed a practice which focuses on process, controls, and regulatory requirements for compensation and benefit plans. Cornell also designs and delivers action oriented financial well-being programs for clients and co developed a financial wellness program for a Fortune 50 company. In addition, Cornell assists clients with implementing organizational transformation, improving workforce effectiveness, aligning talent with business needs, and managing risks associated with human resources.

Cornell has a Masters in Business Administration from the New York University School of Business and an undergraduate degree from Binghamton University School of Management. Cornell also serves on the advisory council for ERIC (The ERISA Industry Committee).
