Kevin is responsible for driving voluntary sales through mentoring the sales team, building partnerships with our broker partners and engaging the enrollment marketplace. He has 18 years of experience working in the voluntary marketplace. Prior to becoming Voluntary Practice leader, Kevin was hired to be The Standard’s first Enrollment Strategist in 2014. He was responsible for investing in and improving The Standard’s enrollment capabilities, including acquiring enrollment technology, partnering with Benefits Administration platforms and development of proprietary decision support tools for voluntary benefits. Kevin also contributed to the development of The Standard’s Accident, Critical Illness, and Hospital Indemnity contracts.
