Tracy Clemente is Chegg’s Benefits & HR Operations Manager. She started her HR career in the banking industry, before quickly moving into high tech markets. Tracy now has over twenty years of experience as a benefits and HR professional and she has extensive expertise in the design, communication, and management of employee benefits programs.

Tracy has designed and implemented several employee-first programs that have strongly focused on and supported her demographic’s familial and financial health. Additionally, throughout her career, she has successfully spearheaded several benefits program redesigns and has successfully implemented and managed them from start to finish. Tracy is known for being a business-minded and cost-effective leader.
