Ryan's new bill to replace Obamacare is being savaged by early bad reviews from a wide range of conservatives, with one Republican senator declaring it "dead on arrival" in the Senate -- if it can make it through the House. Methodology

In order to gauge the AHCA’s impact on individuals who buy their own insurance, personal finance website WalletHub compared the differences in premium subsidies that the average households in 457 U.S. cities would receive under the ACA and AHCA. To assess ACA subsidies, WalletHub used the Kaiser Family Foundation’s health insurance marketplace calculator, using a two-person household with a median income. For the AHCA, the analysis used the age-based dollar amounts:

Age: 20-29
Premium tax credit: $4,000

Age: 30-39
Premium tax credit: $5,000

Age: 40-59
Premium tax credit: $6,000

Age: 50-59
Premium tax credit: $7,000

Age: 60 and older
Premium tax credit: $8,000

Based on the data, these following cities would be hit hardest under the GOP’s proposed bill when it comes to tax credits.
