A new poll commissioned by software company Trusaic and conducted by market research and data analytics firm YouGov list non-traditional benefits employees would most like to see their companies offer. The list goes on to include paid hair dyeing for aging employees, social media detox days and even paid premium subscriptions to the dating app of their choice. But are employers desperate enough to attract and retain talent that they would consider implementing any one of these? Only time will tell.
