Retirement has been a hot topic for benefits professionals, and remaining competitive is key to keeping the best and brightest talent in the workforce. The following companies, according to BrightScope, provide their employees some of the best 401(k) options around, with a rating algorithm calculating a single numerical value for each 401(k) plan. The data points examined cover broad categories such as total plan cost, company generosity and investment menu quality.
