Brian Workman is the Senior Director of Existing Customer Management at Barclaycard US. In his current assignment at Barclaycard US, he successfully established an industry leading ECM (Existing Customer Management) strategy and put capabilities in place that are transforming their business. As part of this he orchestrated the design, vendor selection and implementation of a world-class Integrated Marketing Management tool set that will allow Barclays, as a focused player in the partner-card space, to operate in a very complex environment meeting the unique marketing and customized needs of a large number of partner portfolios and their customers. (Note: Barclaycard US is a Top 10 card issuer in the U. S. market.)Brian has very broad and deep senior experience across the financial services/payments sector with roles spanning the spectrum from CMO to CFO, including eCommerce and a significant involvement with Operations, Technology, and Business Development. The core of his experience is direct-to-consumer marketing in the credit card business with the likes of Citigroup, Barclaycard US and Chevy Chase Bank. His experience also includes significant time spent in retail banking and leading edge product development and launches in the online banking, loyalty marketing and e-wallet spaces.
