Frank Zacherl

Frank is a partner in the Litigation Department of Shutts & Bowen's Miami office and a member of the firm�s Insurance Practice Group. He is also chair the firm�s class action practice group. He has a long track record of success in handling complex litigation matters and have served on the Civil Litigation Committee of the Miami-Dade County Bar Association. He is admitted to practice before the Florida Bar, the United States District Court for the Southern, Middle and Northern Districts of Florida and the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals. Frank has participated in over 20 jury trials to verdict, and scores of bench trials. He has also tried the issue of class certification in more than ten (10) cases, and coordinated complex insurance litigation (including class actions) on a state and national level for major automobile insurance carriers. Frank frequently presents on the topics of class action litigation, electronic commerce litigation and insurance litigation, and also provide consultation and representation to insurers regarding claims handling issues, and matters presenting significant potential exposure to insurers.
