Gregory Hebner is the President of MOS Group, Inc. (Mortgage Outreach Services), a leading provider of outsourced loss mitigation services to the residential mortgage industry. Mr. Hebner has over 10 years of experience in the real estate and mortgage industries, and is an expert in loss mitigation, mortgage servicing as well as in the industry’s proven methods for maximizing the value of non-performing residential loans.Since joining The MOS Group, Mr. Hebner has led the rapid expansion of the MOS Group staff and customer base as well as extending the company’s service offerings to encompass full spectrum loss mitigation services. Under Mr. Hebner’s leadership, MOS Group has become one of the largest outsourced service providers for the U.S. Treasury’s Home Affordable Modification Program (“HAMP”) having worked with over 250,000 borrowers under this program since its’ launch in April 2009. Most recently, Mr. Hebner has worked to position MOS Group as a leading service provider to support other loss mitigation programs such as Home Affordable Foreclosure Alternatives (“HAFA”).During Mr. Hebner’s career, he has served as CEO of, where he played a key role in building the company into one of the leading online resources for moving and relocation services. His career also includes positions as Senior Vice President of Consumer Media Services at’s parent company Move, Inc. (NASDAQ: MOVE), as well as several financial and operations management roles at leading consumer products and services companies such as The Walt Disney Co., Premark International, and Price Waterhouse. A frequent speaker, presenter and panelist at mortgage and servicing industry trade shows and conferences, Mr. Hebner has also authored several articles for the mortgage and real estate press. He holds a Master of Business Administration from Harvard University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy from the University of Illinois. Mr. Hebner is a licensed real estate broker in California and for over 10 years, has been an active investor in distressed residential real estate.
