Dr. Natasha Parekh

Dr. Natasha Parekh is senior vice president of clinical services at Marathon Health, where she leads clinical strategy and operations to support high-quality, whole-person primary care across diverse communities. Her work focuses on advancing population health and value-based care models that improve outcomes at scale.

Dr. Parekh’s career spans frontline clinical care, health system leadership, and population health research. She previously served as a senior advisor at UPMC Health Plan and as chief medical officer of Queen’s Clinically Integrated Provider Network in Honolulu, where she focused on aligning clinical care, policy, and incentives around value-based models. She earned her medical degree from the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine, completed her residency at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, and holds a master’s degree in health services research with a focus on health disparities and Medicaid populations.
