Kristin Turner

Kristin Turner is an accomplished human resources executive with a strong track record of driving talent, culture, and leadership strategies across higher education, global enterprises, and high-growth startups. She currently serves as Assistant Vice President of Human Resources, Learning & Development at the University of Colorado System Administration office. Kristin holds an M.A. in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management and a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Colorado Boulder. She is also a certified leadership coach and an active mentor and board member, passionate about helping leaders and organizations grow with purpose.
