Being a Group Insurance Broker for the past 20+ years I have had to deal with bringing the costly and shocking news of what health care plans actually cost to COBRA employees.

I think it would be a terrific idea to help terminated or laid-off employees with their COBRA would most likely increase the take-up rate from the -10% dismal take-up rate we see currently.
