ADP – provider of many things HR, payroll and benefits-related – leads the nation in National Payroll Week (Sept. 7-11), which aims to educate American workers about paychecks, the payroll withholding system and other payroll-driven benefits by offering tips to help maximize payday.
“Everyone loves payday, but many people don’t realize there are ways to better manage and maximize earnings without getting a raise,” says Benito Cachinero-Sánchez, corporate vice president of human resources at ADP. “Taking advantage of direct deposit and pretax and tax-advantaged programs, such as flexible spending accounts and employee savings plans, can provide significant financial benefits – now and for the future.”
