From innovative work-life benefits to food delivery perks, these medium-sized employers are at the forefront of pioneering programs, landing them on Great Place to Works list of 2015s top places to work. Here are some of the reasons employees rated their employers so high.

25. Roth Staffing
With the 9/80 flex schedule, employees can work nine longer days and get every other Friday off. The time-off works out to 26 three-day weekends a year.
24. Xactly Corporation
With popular compensation vehicles like a 401(k) program with employer matching, and subsidized lunches and massage therapy, the California-based tech company moved up a spot up from last year's list.
23. Walker & Dunlop
Annual service awards at this commercial real estate financing company emphasize the importance of employees' contributions. Employees who have worked for three, five, 10, 20, 30 and 40 years receive service awards ranging from $2,000 cash to trips valued at $25,000.
22. EKS&H LLP
The 11-month year: EKS&H employees have the opportunity to take more time off when desired, over and above the firm's PTO and holidays. Employees can trade some of their compensation for additional time off -- up to four weeks each year.

Employees get 15 days of sick and personal time each year, and up to 30 days of unused personal time can be carried over to the next year, in addition to a generous time-off policy.

Employees at the software company are allowed to use Seamless, a food delivery program, to order whatever their palettes desire twice a day for free.

Financial services firm Capco provides generous leave policies for new parents, including 18 weeks of paid maternity for mothers and 4 weeks of paid paternity leave for fathers. In addition, all new parents receive a gift of $750 to celebrate the arrival of their baby.
18. Clif Bar & Company
Clif Bar offers financial literacy classes and a 401(k) savings plan with a dollar-for-dollar matching contribution for the first 5% of pay deferred and immediate vesting. Employees can join the company's employee stock ownership plan after one year, receiving free shares in the company each year. And when employees are ready to purchase their first home, the company will also lend them up to $15,000.

The Chicago-based consulting firm offers a 6% match for employees participating in its 401(k) plan, as well as a phased retirement program.

The management consulting firm recognizes both associates and their partners with a fully-sponsored annual two-night, three day summer getaway.

Investment analytics firm eVestment offers employees unlimited paid time-off.

The Minnesota tech company offers $5,000 in college tuition reimbursement. Ninety-eight percent of employees praise both their bosses and the work culture.

Atlanta-based Holder Construction Company prides itself on its employee development programs, citing people development as one of its five company goals.
12. Hagerty
Hagerty believes it's important to provide employees with the experience of restoring a classic vehicle. Every employee is invited to sign up to help restore a classic car, helping with everything from stripping paint to assembling seats. Employees are encouraged to blog about their experiences on the company intranet, Gearbox.
11. Peckham, Inc.
Employees at Peckham, a nonprofit vocational rehabilitation organization, are encouraged to find ways to improve the lives of the individuals the company serves. Employees can apply for small grants -- up to $10,000/year -- to implement the change. One project, for example, provided technology for deaf clients to communicate with each other.

Occasionally, employees need to deal with unexpected situations that require time off but they lack enough paid time-off to meet their needs. To help associates in this situation, 4imprint established a "Donate PTO Time" program that allows associates to donate a portion of their accumulated paid time-off to assist a co-worker in need.

Intuitive provides a generous allowance per year to each full-time employee to help pay for whatever voluntary benefit choices they make. The benefits allowance is paid out on a per-pay-period basis, and if it's not used for benefits, becomes additional income.
