While a majority of employers are trying to bring employees back to the office in some capacity, that doesn’t mean remote work is dead — job seekers just have to know where to look.

Remote jobs search engine Flexjobs ranked which companies talent should be applying to if they want flexible work arrangements. Flexjobs cross-referenced its own database of companies that have hired for remote jobs with Comparably’s Happiest Employees 2023 report, pinpointing companies with the best cultures. Although arguably a great work culture and flexibility go hand-in-hand, says Keith Spencer, career expert at Flexjobs.
