On Tuesday, Sept. 27, I’ll be moderating the keynote panel discussion at EBN’s Benefits Forum & Expo, featuring four HR/benefits professionals from companies listed on Fortune’s 100 Best Places to Work. I moderate the panel every year, and have asked the various panelists about everything from health care reform, to increasing employee engagement, to maintaining employee trust, to how many workers they laid off during the recession (yes, I really asked them that in a public forum).
This year, though, I’m a little stumped about what to ask. I have a few aces up my sleeve, but with an hour to fill, I frankly could use a little help.
