Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield is now offering its new Dental Prime and Complete programs on both a voluntary and employer-paid basis with three core plan designs to 40,000 small businesses and 79 chambers of commerce throughout Connecticut.
“Value” plan coverage includes basic services such as cleanings, exams, X-rays and fillings, while “classic” plans also cover basic as well as most major services with high annual maximum benefit levels. “Enhanced” plans offer the most comprehensive coverage, including higher annual maximum benefit levels and lower member coinsurance amounts.
