Cirulis to direct voluntary strategy for Lincoln

Dave Cirulis recently was named head of voluntary marketplace strategy for distribution at Lincoln Financial Group, which has spruced up its product portfolio as well as enrollment, service and technology capabilities. He reports directly to Robert Risk, the insurer’s vice president, group protection sales.

With more than 25 years of sales and marketing experience within the financial-services sector, Cirulis previously held a VP post at Trustmark Voluntary Benefit Solutions, led Gallagher Benefit Services’ voluntary initiative and was executive product manager for American Sterling Insurances Services. He also spent the first 14 years of his career at Unum.

Lincoln Financial Group, which offers group life and disability insurance issued by the Lincoln National Life Insurance Company, along with other products and services, is the marketing name for Lincoln National Corporation and its affiliates. Group insurance products in New York are issued by Lincoln Life & Annuity Company of New York.
