Benny Award nominations now open

Everyone appreciates a little recognition for their professionalism, their dedication to their work and to their employees … and the world of benefits decision-makers is no different.

It’s once again time to take a moment and see if this is the year you – or one of your colleagues – might be the right pick for the annual Employee Benefit News Benny Awards.

It’s the 23^rd year that we’ve opted to honor the best and brightest in the business, and the nomination period is now open in four categories: Benefits Professional of the Year, Leadership in Retirement Planning, Leadership in Health Care and Judges' Choice.

As in the past, the awards are given to employee benefit or human resource professionals who are directly involved in the management of employee benefit programs.

Don’t be shy: You can nominate yourself, or your co-workers, or your larger work group, and benefit vendors, brokers or consultants can also nominate their employer-clients.

Nominations can be submitted online and must be in by 5 p.m. ET on Thursday, July 3; check the site for information on getting material to us by mail, if you’d prefer to do it that way.
