So, I ask you: When is the best time to launch a new wellness program? During open enrollment season or separately?
And if separately, is there a particular time you think is best? January, when new year’s resolutions are fresh? The spring and summer months, when employees are more likely to be willing to get outside and exercise? Or, the fall, which coincides with several major health-related awareness campaigns — like Breast Cancer Awareness Month in October, and the Great American Smokeout and American Diabetes Month in November?
