What about the little guy? One expert breaks down reform repercussions for small biz

We have another podcast post today, this time with Heather Gatley, executive vice president of HR Services and general counsel for AlphaStaff.

AlphaStaff is a PEO (professional employer organizations), working with small employers to aggregate employees’ risk and cost, allowing  small employers to offer more affordable, higher-quality health insurance. According to the National Association of PEOs, some 300,000 U.S. businesses across work with a PEO to provide benefits for up to 3 million employees.

Listen in as Gatley discusses the impact of health care reform for small employers — she believes it’s a net positive — and why small employers may be better positioned to roll with reform more easily than their larger peers.

Then hit the comments to answer: Do you think health care reform will be better for small employers, or worse? Why?
