There’s an epidemic in the workforce right now. Today, we spend more time than ever hunched over our computers, whether we’re working in the office or at home. And our bodies are feeling the effect. This has given rise to “tech neck,” the cumulative stress that comes from looking down at our devices for hours on end.

On the surface, this might seem like an individual wellness issue. But really, it’s an organizational one. Over time, the strain that our employees are feeling due to tech neck contributes to chronic discomfort, reduced focus, and lower overall productivity.
