Top honors go to this years Benefits Professional of the Year, Heather Vertrees, benefits manager with Fender Musical Instruments Corporation in Phoenix. Heather does indeed have a cool-sounding job with the noted maker of electric guitars and more; look forward to hearing more about Heathers work on revolutionary company initiatives including a self-service benefits platform that saw more than 99% participation during its first year, plus impressive increases in company 401(k) participation and a successful, outcomes-based wellness program.
