The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act is one-year-old today, and while no one’s throwing chairs anymore (remember those raucous town hall meetings back in the Summer 2009?), the law continues to divide the nation among four groups: Those who like it, kinda like it, don’t like it and don’t know what’s in it.
