It's Labor Day weekend, and I intend to spend it giving myself a hearty pat on the back for the tough but triumphant labor I've put in this year. I hope each of you pros will do the same. It's been a difficult year, to say the least, and it's still not over. But before you dive headlong into the fall, open enrollment and the chaos of the holiday season, take some time to take a breath and congratulate yourself on a job well done — or at least the very best that the recession would allow.
