Where the data came from

A majority of people side with the plaintiffs in the case — who are challenging the legality of tax credits allowed to purchase health insurance through the federally facilitated marketplace — according to a survey of 1,000 likely voters who live in states that use the federal marketplace as well as Colorado and Nevada. The poll was released this week by Independent Women’s Voice, which commissioned Wilson Perkins Allen Research to conduct the survey.
