Financial wellness is our next emerging benefit trend that we're hoping to focus on. We have your money line that we've already implemented, but we're going to try to focus more on your money line, all the new features that they have to offer, like their personalized podcasts, their app, credit monitoring. Make sure our employees know everything that your money line has to offer, like debt consolidation, retirement planning, anything financially related.

Technology, and AI has a big approach for us coming up. We recently switched over to an icra benefit model, so AI is going to help our employees choose what benefit plan is best for them based on their household size, their needs, and the AI tool will be able to help them confidently make a choice.

My piece of advice would be to lead with compassion, to make sure that you are the employee advocate, to listen to the employees with empathy, compassion, your employees are the ones who are working with the patients day in and day out. We want to make sure they're happy and retaining them, making sure that we're listening to their struggles and trying to help better all of that for them as well.
