I think some of the biggest challenges that we're facing are obviously probably with other employers, are the rising healthcare costs, and then also access to care and pay transparency.

(00:19):

There's a couple. One, financial wellbeing. We really need to focus on financial wellbeing for our employees. And then the other is direct primary care services. We have employees in rural communities that don't have access to care and a lot of our employees don't have a primary care doctor, so we are going to look on finding care for our employees.

(00:38):

Sit and listen, and then also meet employees where they are. So if you have a big corporation and you have employees dispersed throughout, meet them where they are. If you have a company event, like a training program for your employees where you might have like 300 employees, go there and be the face of the company so they can see you face to face and you'll typically get a lot of questions answered.
