It’s graduation season, which means there’s a new wave of job seekers entering the workforce. And fortunately for them, companies are waiting with open arms — and open positions.
There are 128,778 job openings for new graduates in the U.S., according to employment website Adzuna, up nearly 70% compared to July 2021. Combined with job openings that are also available to workers without college degrees, and the number of “entry-level” positions jumps to 303,252.
