By now, employees are well aware of the ways artificial intelligence could disrupt their careers, but the rise of the controversial tech also comes with many new job opportunities

By 2030, 14% of employees will have been forced to change their career because of AI, according to a report from McKinsey. To help employees consider their options, a study from TRG Datacenters ranked AI-related job positions based on their demand by using search interest, job openings, and average salaries as key metrics. 

Role: These engineers design, build and test AI systems that are meant to learn and make predictions. 
Searches: 43,800
Job openings: 16,000
Total salary: $161,800

Role: They create systems that allow computers to interpret visual data from images and videos.
Searches: 2,100
Job openings: 36,000
Total salary: $127,500
