iSolved HCM, a human capital management provider, will add a new learning management system to its product later this month.
The LMS, dubbed iSolved Learn, delivers flexible course design for educational programs, rewards and certifications, and learning analytics to small and mid-sized organizations using iSolved for payroll, HR and benefits.
“This new offering brings learning to employees at every level across every organization, in an engaging way that encourages adoption and proficiency,” according to the company.
Three million employees from 45,000 employers, including Arrowhead, Brookline College and Quik Mart, use the iSolved HCM.
Those companies can create their own learning content as it relates to their workforce, or they can work with vendors to access educational content, training courses, and information needed to drive engagement, career development, productivity, and collaboration through the HCM system, according to the Charlotte, North Carolina-based company.
Employees can also access iSolved Learn for custom paths, gamification elements and quizzes through iSolved Learn. Likewise, HR professionals have access to a library of business compliance, software skills, business skills, leadership and management, customer service skills and workplace safety courses.
“Learning management systems have become more critical among organizations across all industries,” according to the company. “The increased number of employees working remotely has intensified the need for collaboration and training that is available from anywhere at any time.”
